Admin and Finance Officer
Reports to:
Country Administrator
Main objective


-Audit Preparation and Controls.

-Verifies the Interim final Financial Reports and submits them to the Project Manager and and country Administrator for approval;

- Responsible for all Financial and Administrative documents of the base and all project's documents.

- Maintain a document filing system.

-Carries out bank reconciliation of the different bank accounts.

-Monitoring of project budget and expenses.

-Controls the accounting documents of NOS (BUEA & BAMENDA)
-Assist the Project Manager in the different financial plannings.
Competences

The ideal candidate should have at least a Masters Degree in accounting or all equivalent diplomas
03 Years Minimum experience in a similar post.
Minimum 2 Years in a similar position with NGO
Experience with projects funded by donors
Experience in Financial Reporting.
Experience in preparation of audits and controls
English and Pidgin, knowledge of French is considered an asset
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Respect and non-discriminatory attitude
Teamwork and communication skills
IT / bureaucratic,
Excellent Report writing skills
Ability to work under pressure
Duty station
