PROFILE

• Education Level (Minimum): Bachelor Degree (BAC+3) in Information Technology
• Experience: 02 years in similar position
• Language: French and English

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Networks administration

• Setup the network including computers, Internet Router, and security devices for data
• Monitor the network infrastructure to ensure availability to all system users;
• Ensure the availability and reliability IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, videoconference, servers, phone system, cameras system
• Install, configure, administrate and secure local network (wired, wireless) and Internet at site’s level;

Systems administration

• Installation of DELTA (Amplitude) client on users’ computers
• Basic administration of DELTA (Amplitude) server;
• Server administration, security and monitoring
• Creating, updating and monitoring user accounts
• Managing and monitoring users backup
• Managing and monitoring server backup

Helpdesk (User support and maintenance)

• Install, configure, troubleshoots end-users computers
• Support users in software, hardware and network related issues
• Increase user IT proficiency through the transfer of skills to staff
• Provide first line support on DELTA (Amplitude) software with Oracle data base
• Maintain up to date antivirus levels in all computers company wide
• Troubleshoot all IT systems related issues and provide first/second level maintenance

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven ability and experience in setting up and supporting LANs, WANs networks
• Experience of Microsoft Server and client administration
• Experience in administering IP Phone systems, IP cameras systems, network devices
• Proficient using and supporting Microsoft Office softwares: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Experience in managing and implementing information systems and supporting technologies
