JOB ANNOUCEMENT- Operations Manager (Full time)

Job description:

We are seeking an exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills candidate for the role of Operations Manager. Reporting to the Chief Operating officer, Operations Manager provides effective and efficient operational assistance to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure effective and efficient execution of all activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Foundation;?
• Develop, in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and the senior management team, an annual operating plan that supports the Foundation’s long-term operations strategy;?
• Provide timely and candid updates of the Foundation’s operations and progress towards achieving set goals including material deviations from the goals or objectives and policies; ?
• Ensure open communication, timely issue resolution, and effective project development; ?
• Present all information deemed necessary or relevant to the Chief Operating Officer;
• Foster a culture that promotes ethical practices, service and encourages individual integrity; ?
• Assist in Maintaining a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and ?motivating a diverse group of team members at all levels. ?
• Assist in Coordinating the Foundation’s sustainable strategies and manage principal operating risks, such ?as projects and staffing; 

Requirements

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
• Experience budgeting and forecasting;
• Familiarity with business and financial principles;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Leadership ability;
• Outstanding organizational skills;

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
