Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic cocktail mixer who is able to make tasty pancakes to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. He or She should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
Prepare Pancakes
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present menu
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Requirements

Resume and proven working experience (first timers are equally encouraged to apply)
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Excellent communication skills (Ability to communicate in French and or English)
Positive attitude
Ability to keep their workspace organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate if any
Candidate should be based in Yaoundé
